FOUR MODES. ONE PANEL.

Every P1 runs the same digital-resistance core. Four behaviors change how the load meets you — pick the stimulus, not the machine.

P SERIES · FAQ

QUESTIONS,
ANSWERED.

Choosing between three tiers is easier when the details are out in the open.

COMPARE ALL THREE →
Which P1 is right for me?

P1 Lite (60 kg) is the easiest way into digital strength — long bar and bench available when you're ready. P1 Plus (90 kg) adds the safety button and stereo speakers, and it's the one most households pick. P1 Max (150 kg) is the full digital stack for serious strength progression.

Does the P1 need to be mounted on a wall?

Yes — every P1 mounts to the wall on the included bracket. Once installed, the panel stands just centimetres off the wall, so the room stays yours when the workout is done.

What are the four resistance modes?

Standard keeps the load even in both directions. Eccentric loads the lowering phase. Chain gets heavier the further you pull. Speed matches resistance to how fast you move. All four run on every P1 — no hardware difference between tiers.

Can the whole household use one machine?

The INNODIGYM app supports profiles, training plans and session history. App features and availability depend on the installed version, product and region.

What attachments work with the P Series?

The long bar, smart handles and INNODIGYM Bench all fit the same platform — start with the panel and add pieces as your training grows.

How is digital resistance different from weights?

A servo motor system creates the load instead of plates — so resistance changes instantly between sets, stays whisper-quiet, and never takes up floor space.
