Gebruik de begeleide trainingsfuncties in de INNODIGYM-app, maak trainingssjablonen en bekijk opgenomen trainingssessies. De beschikbaarheid van functies hangt af van de geïnstalleerde app-versie en de regio.
De afstandsbedieningsknoppen op de handvatten en de lange staaf laten de weerstand met één druk los. Bescherming tegen storing staat standaard ingeschakeld — zodra uitputting wordt gedetecteerd, wordt de belasting teruggeschakeld. Spraakmeldingen bevestigen elke status.

After receiving the goods, I did some shoulder exercises before the stool was dismantled. I felt that the strength can be stimulated and the feeling of congestion is good. However, because it is a steel wire, novices are advised to lower the weight when first using it and gradually master it before using it and simply practice it after get off work. Enough is enough. After all, the steel wire of the small gantry in the gym is only about 40kg 😂😂 There are surprises in using violent apps.
