The P1 Lite is perfect for my small apartment! For someone like me who's new to strength training, the app's guided programs are a lifesaver. Setup was quick, and the Bluetooth syncs perfectly with my phone. I love it!
I absolutely love how compact the P1 Lite is! It¡¯s only 2.1 inches thick, so it¡¯s super easy to store in my small apartment. The 133 lbs resistance is plenty for my workouts, and the eccentric mode really hits the muscles hard. Great buy!

I listened to advice and bought the 30kg version. It's quite easy to move, and so far, I've only pulled up to 10kg, and my hands are already blistering. It's definitely sufficient for women
It's sufficient for home use and offers various strength feedback modes. It's great for basic shaping and initial muscle gain, and the feel during exercise is excellent. The main advantage is that the machine is compact and doesn't take up much space. I plan to pair it with a pull-up bar for dual-arm fly exercises. A decent set of dumbbells can cost over a thousand, so I chose this one. It can replace both dumbbells and barbells, and with the addition of a workout bench, you can perform most exercises. It's really not bad!
A great addition to the gym.The variable tension ( weights ) and the compactness is unbeatable.Comes with a wall mount and anchors- I am not going to use it. But should you want to use the anchors, the unit can be taken off easily too from the wall if needed. Too much of a hassle for me.You can leave it on the floor to use it for your work out.Push in handles allow the unit to be carried easily and the can be safely pushed in to give a trendy look.Now what I do not like is the finickiness of the app- it tends to lose connection frequently.But, when it does connect for a period of time-it shows the calories burnt, time your exercised along with weight data.**Good thing about all of these app complaints**--- you really don't need to use it . All controls are on the device itself. So no need to bother about it.It does integrate with Apple Fitness+.It comes with a set of suggested exercises, but I intend using my fitness+ for better feedback.For the cost of the product, the app certainly needs better attention and it is convoluted in my opinion.For the product-- 5 starsFor the app-3 stars.

A machine that works the whole body is indeed convenient. It's capable of training all muscle groups with significant weight. There's an app with courses that help target all muscle groups, and the craftsmanship is very solid, with attention to detail.
What's more, it's very safe. You can train at home anytime, saving a lot of time. I'll go to the gym on weekends when I feel like it, but it's too late after work on weekdays. Because of space reasons at home, I can just stand it up and tuck it into a corner after use. It's pretty good and not in the way at all.
